Kelly Clarkson has been a singer and songwriter in America for more than twenty years. She took home American Idol during the first season. This win did more than propel her to stardom and acclaim, but it also earned her a multi-album recording contract together with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. The singer has since released several album studios. The three albums made it to the US Billboard 200 chart, however, others narrowly missed the mark. Her name is among America's top performers. As she achieved success she experimented with different topics and styles of music, often writing her own songs of her own feelings. Because of her distinctness and ability in the field of singing her work was recognized by critics and won a few prestigious award. Her most notable achievement is that she won three Grammy Awards. In addition to her musical professional career, she has had a stint in TV and film. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby, a children's story she wrote for her own daughter.
